The Business Development Manager will work to help grow adoption of the Hipay products in Italy.
This position is based in Milan and reports to the VP of Italy. The BD Manager will be responsible for generating new sales, resulting in transaction volume for the company
Sell Hipay Payment Solutions to Italian, large and internationally operating corporations
Exceed set yearly goal of TRX volume
Working closely with the VP Italy Identifying and sourcing new sales opportunities
Managing a pipeline of new and existing prospects
Building relationships with relevant external stakeholders
Lead meetings and negotiation
Managing and reporting on the on-going health of each relationship.
• 2+ years of work experience with at least 1 year having some e-commerce experiences of the Italian market
• ideally a degree in economics
• Results orientated and strong personality with strong commercial drive
• Demonstrated track record of taking initiative and ownership
• Flexible, informal and professional. Elegant communication skills
• Experience and proficiency in building relationships with senior level decision makers
• Interest to read technical documentation to better understand the product
• knowledge and interest of the fintech word
• Willingness to travel.
