Descriptif de la mission
A culture of high quality customer service is a critical element for the gobee.bike brand. As a CSR, you are effectively the ambassador of our brand. To remain the market leader, a gobee.bike CSR must ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
As such, we seek enthusiastic people who are service-orientated, empathetic, and passionately communicative. As CSR for gobee.bike, you will have to be comfortable with handling a large number of customer complaints and help gather priceless customer feedback. Problem-solving should come naturally to you and you must be confident in troubleshooting and investigate if you don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
