Descriptif de la mission

The Outsourced Operations Manager / Director will directly report to UBIK CEO. She/He will be in charge to manage outsourced operations set-up and execution, on behalf of UBIK’s clients with Asian subcontractors (semiconductors related, mainly based in Taiwan). She/He will be the main technical interface between our clients’ project teams and selected subcontractors, including second-level ones.
She/He will act as a quality bridge between the teams and ensure proper communication and project execution (“hands-on”, working mainly on manufacturing sites). She/He will be able to get integrated with our clients’ project teams, to interface directly with them at multiple levels, and to work on different projects in parallel.
She/He will also work closely with UBIK’s CEO and Business Development Team to grow our company’s services scope and outsourcing activities portfolio, by getting involved on company strategy, pre-sales support and business opportunities identification.
