Our client is a North-American company specialized in digitalization of services, open-innovation consulting, digital marketing and business consulting. They work with companies ranging from startups and PMUs entering the US market to multi-national corporations helping them identify and interact with innovative companies around the world.
They also create and animate dozens of events a year promoting innovation and transatlantic business.
Job description :
The COO is responsible for driving the development of the companies operations, products, in a sustainable and responsible manner, in line with the strategy defined by the partners. This includes the development, implementation and maintenance of internal processes.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scalability and growth of the business : translate strategy into pragmatic tactics.
- Supports the companies in every step of it’s growth and development (technical, marketing, financial, etc).
- Represents the company in client/partner meetings.
- Develops systems, processes, and tools to increase margins, maintain cash flow and allow for growth.
- Leads by example and help develop a company culture of hard working happy team members.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and French.
Experience in the successfully development of a start-up.
Strong, strategic, logical and creative thinker and doer, with attitude bases on a hunger to succeed.
Well developed business judgment and experience.
Deep intellectual curiosity with willingness to immerse self in continuously learning business at fullest level of detail.
Able to launch, manage and complete complex and large projects, skillfully leading and guiding teams to success and results.
Willingness to work flexible hours in order to meet the organization’s needs/demands.
Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to clearly identify strategic challenges and opportunities.
Adaptability and openness to new and different approaches will facilitate the candidate’s integration in the group, as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
A background, understanding and love for all things tech is a plus.
