Descriptif de la mission

CTO Mission: Reporting directly to the CEO, our future CTO will be the technical referent of the company, while leading the development of the team (10 and growing) and working hand in hand with our Head of Product.

In this role you will:
Be a part of the business strategy and align it with the tech development strategy
Drive the development and timely execution of the technical roadmap
Improve and scale up the IT infrastructure, architecture and teams
Grow, manage and inspire your teams
Be curious with new management and technological methodologies
Constantly implement the Agile methodology
