Everybody has already shared a car journey with a driver. Now, imagine that you can be part of that kind of journey in a plane, with a private pilot… That’s the philosophy of this startup: they are building up the “highway of the sky”.

The concept is simple. They provide a flight sharing platform where private pilots and passengers are connected in purpose to share a unique experience and cut costs. German, French, and English pilots are already found of this startup!

To face their important growth, they are looking for their new Head of Growth.

YOUR MISSION :
They are looking for someone who will :

Manage paid marketing across three markets: France, Germany and the UK (>400k€ budget/year)
Build and execute the strategy for paid marketing (AdWords, Facebook, Criteo and Affiliation ads)
Follow trends in the markets and stay aware of competitors
Optimize, test and measure the campaigns on a daily basis
Manage reports of paid marketing campaigns: make the numbers speak 😉
Alongside with the SEO and Content Manager you will work as a duo to form the core base of startup’s marketing team. You will both directly report to the COO.

YOUR PROFILE :
Their dream Head of Growth has the following profile :

3 years experience (minimum) in SEM, SEA and Social Advertising with a digital agency or with a startup
Very good expertize in AdWords, Facebook ads and Analytics
Data-driven and analytical mindset
Rigorous, organized and autonomous
Bilingual English/French or English/German
Has « startups » in his DNA!
