Kombo is a French startup founded in 2016 by 2 entrepreneurs. We create the first ticket booking engine for any means of transport (bus, train, carpooling...).

In 2 years, we have covered all bus routes in Europe and we have the most complete offer on the market. Our algorithms can combine tickets to offer a wider choice of routes and schedules. Our UI/UX is one of the most optimized on the market.
Thanks to our high growth, we now develop a new version of the booking engine, in particular by adding train tickets.

Mission
Kombo is looking for an ambitious intern to be at the heart of the R&D of a growing start-up. You will work directly with the co-founders.

On a daily basis, we use technologies such as Node.js, Javascript, MySQL, Symfony, React.js PHP, HTML, and CSS.

We face very complex and technical challenges in order to accomplish one goal : make the tickets’ booking always easier.

There are many different things to deal with: integrating complex APIs from transportation companies, optimizing the database structure, designing an innovating UX, or improving the application,

We use technologies like React.js, Node.js, MySQL ou Symfony3. There is no problem if you don’t know some of these frameworks: we prefer a fully developed mind rather than a head full of facts.

We are located in Paris’ 8th district and we have a lovely rooftop.
Start ASAP for a duration between 4 and 6 months.

No matter what your background is, as long as you have the passion of web development! We are open to any talented profile!

English is our working language (multicultural team), so don’t worry if you don’t master French.
