[Kombo](http://www.kombo.co), initially named [SoBus](http://www.kombo.co), is a French startup founded in 2016 by 2 entrepreneurs. We develop the first ticket booking engine for all means of transportation (bus, train, carpooling...).
In 2 years, we have covered all bus routes in Europe and we have the largest offer on the market. Our algorithms can combine tickets to offer a wider choice of routes and schedules. Our UI/UX is one of the most optimized on the market.
Thanks to our high growth, we now develop a new version of the booking engine, in particular by adding train tickets.

You will be in charge of improving the sales of our website through relevant data analysis. In other words, you will be in charge of making the business grow by being more data driven.
The mission consists in analyzing the conversion and traffic of the website, depending on different segments of clients. The main KPIs include Conversion Rate, Retention Rate and Traffic.
You will also be in charge of SEM on the technical side. That includes Google Ads, defining the onsite strategy for SEO, optimizing the crawling by Google.
Our office is in Paris 8è.
Ideal candidates come from top business or engineering school and have 0-2 years of experience. But in the end we are looking for a motivated person with an entrepreneurial spirit, more than a CV that would tick all boxes:
Analytical skills: you are happy using technical tools, and you like doing analysis on Excel/Google Sheets.
A knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Sense of business: you are aware of what is important for the business or not.
Fluent in English.
