About OneRagtime:
OneRagtime is a next generation Venture capital fund investing in seed and early stage startups in Europe and Israel. The Position:
As a product leader, you will be part of an international team in the very heart of Barcelona, one of the most thriving European tech cities. You will work closely with the product development, operations and investment teams. At OneRagtime, no two days are the same. The following tasks will be part of your new role:
• Analyze customer needs for both investors and startups in order to improve related product strategy within the different OneRagtime platforms: web, mobile, apps…
• Examine OneRagtime internal working methodologies in order to optimize existing back-end and data-related platforms
• Create product marketing specs while building strong ties across operations (design, engineering…) and startup/investor teams to ensure appropriate launch of new product releases. Iterate fast and release top new versions!
• Deliver advances in the product by defining the roadmap and the overall vision & strategy maintaining a deep understanding of competitive offerings and how they impact OneRagtime platform growth, and how they should influence the product
• Define product success metrics and analyze product performance
• Ad-hoc projects
