Descriptif de la mission

We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter to join our marketing team as a Social Media Manager. This is the perfect opportunity for the right candidate to play an instrumental part in the international growth of one of the world’s most innovative online travel startups acknowledged by Tim Cook and recent articles in Tnooz and TechCrunch. We would like to hear from savvy digital-minded individuals who enjoy interacting with people have the knowledge and skill set to engage current and potential customers on our social channels are “guerilla marketing” minded and aim to solve problems without throwing money at them.

Responsibilities:

Help us develop our Social Media Strategy.
Create and execute an original, forward-looking social media plan/strategy for Musement that spans the following platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other relevant social channels, e.g. Pinterest, Snapchat, Vine, Vimeo, reddit, Tumblr or UGC networks that Musement should be part of.
Establish a social presence with a tone of voice that reflects Musement’s core brand values, and ensure that we can act in real time across the social channels.
Research competitors and study what sets social media abuzz, and think about initiatives to engage our customers and followers.
Write posts for our different social platforms and manage our community - build creative strength and production excellence in content creation.
Create reports and analyze data. Ensure content appeals to our customers’ interests through rigorous customer insight and analysis.
Engage other bloggers and social media pages. Support Initiatives by promoting, seeding, and sharing brand initiatives.
Ensure Musement is always ahead of the curve on understanding all social media technological developments, product launches, insights and trends.
Deliver KPIs of acquisition volume growth, brand metrics (awareness and consideration) and market reach.
Requirements:

Creative and enthusiastic
Strong writing skills (better yet with an informal, friendly tone of voice)
Already worked with blog and ability to do photo editing
Full proficiency in English, native in any of these languages: English, French, Spanish or Italian
Few years of experience working at a social media agency or managing social media for a business
EU work permit
Love travelling
