Michel Poignant: We rented a house to him and his wife Marlene Vargas and in the middle of the contract wanted new kitchen cabinets, made a big deal about possible mold growth to avoid paying rent, failed to pay rent for three months, cut the wires of our garage door, when we tried to show the house he would give an inspection report showing things he needed to fix. Then, we found out he is uncollectable and has judgments against him. I WOULD NOT RENT A HOUSE TO THIS GUY OR HIS WIFE.
