Coachello

Hello Other "Pepites",

Last year October, Quentin and I were noticing a lot of disengagement among our friends, we saw them losing interest in their jobs and questioning their lives. We found that coaching could have been very beneficial to them but that it was rarely on offer at their company. After discussing with many HRs and Head of Peoples we found that they were not offering coaching because it was (i) too expensive, (ii) very administrative, and (iii) not scalable in their company.

In order to overcome these issues we have built a Slack app that allows employees to contact an external coach to overcome any personal or professional challenge they may have. They can either write to one, read our resources, or book visual one-to-one sessions with certified professional coaches, without the need of an external platform. The product has been finished early May and we are currently working with a dozen of clients. Livia, an ICF PCC certified coach is our Head of Coaching and animating our network of over 70 certified coaches.
